About your order and shipping
We ship throughout Europe. Please note that during the holidays, it may take slightly longer for your package to arrive.
For The Netherlands, orders placed before 23:59 will be delivered the next day. For other countries, orders placed before 22:00 will be delivered according to the following schedule:
Austria: 2-4 days
Belgium: next day
Czech Republic: 3-5 days
Denmark: 2-4 days
Finland: 3-5 days
France: 2-4 days
Germany: 2-3 days
Hungary: 5-8 days
Italy: 3-5 days
Ireland: 4-7 days
Norway: 4-7 days
Poland: 3-5 days
Portugal: 4-7 days
Romania: 4-7 days
Spain: 3-5 days
Sweden: 3-5 days
United Kingdom: 3-5 days
Why does it sometimes take longer?
There are a few scenarios where your order might be delayed:
- Product Availability: If an item is out of stock, it can delay shipment. This is always clearly mentioned on the product page.
- Busy Periods: During peak times, such as around the holidays, delivery times may be extended.
- Public Holidays: We do not deliver on public holidays.
- Unforeseen Circumstances: Occasionally, technical issues in our warehouse might cause delays.
As soon as we hand over your order to the courier, you will receive a Track & Trace code by email. This way, you know exactly when your package will be delivered. You will receive this Track & Trace code at the latest by the end of the day. Haven't received an email with a Track & Trace code from us? Just to be sure, check the spam folder of your email provider.
Delivery to the Wadden Islands?
Each Wadden Island has its own delivery service. Our courier first hands over your order to the delivery service of the Wadden Island. This always happens the next day. Only after that does the local delivery service deliver your order. So, it takes one or two days longer to receive your order, compared to the rest of the Netherlands.
