Yes, points are valid for 12 months from the moment they are added to your account. Make sure to use them in time so you don’t miss out.
If you return part or all of an order, the points you earned from that purchase will be deducted from your account accordingly.
When you temporarily pause your Routine, you keep your points and status. If you fully cancel your Routine, you’ll lose access to the Routine-specific benefits and your status may drop back to the standard level.
